The tweeter has a crossover behind it, the door is full range. Front speaker wiring is split somewhere where you cannot find it. You can disable open speaker checking in the ACM with FORScan getting rid of the need for loads. I assume they didn't have to repin the connectors. I believe the harness to the ACM (radio) is the same as pre-2019 radios, as I know of several people that have swapped pre-2019 radios into their 2019s. I know I lose control over it, but it'll just be fill at that point and get lost between the amped components.Īny other suggestions or tips? Any help would be much appreciated!! Has anyone had experience with this audiocontrol system? Any experiences or suggestions? This is one reason I choose the audiocontrol amp, because it can power on with audio signal, not a 12V remote turn on.

It seems a lot of people with 2019's can't find it and it was removed with this years model. I looked for a Wpt-1212 plug in my truck and can't find it.I saw a wiring schematic on a post that showed the door and pillar wiring, but it was unclear if that would be reusable. I'm assuming these are bridged together and they have crossover modules on the speakers? Can I reuse those wires, and just solder in the Focal crossovers to the factory wiring at the speaker? I wasn't sure if Ford has some crossover module stuffed in the dash somewhere that I would have to contend with. The front speaker wiring only has one set of pins for each of the fronts (FL, FR), but they have a both a door and a-pillar speaker.Are Audiocontrol AC-LGD load units required when connecting the speaker outputs to high level inputs on an amp?.Is the wiring on the 2019 XLT's still like this?.It seems a lot of folks use the FOR-11CK harness, but it may not work on 2019's with the 7 speaker non-amped no-cd player system?
